Club 21 is a reciprocal community. In that spirit, we want to work together cooperatively to mutually meet the needs of our families as well as the needs of Club 21. It is our aim that everyone who wants to participate at Club 21 is not prohibited from doing so because of financial needs or hardships. This scholarship program is set up to help you generate funds to help cover the cost of the program. Below you will find three scholarship options. Please check the one that best fits your needs:

Option 1: Pay 50% of the program fees and form a team for the Walk in October.
Option 2: Pay 25% of program fees, form a team for the Walk in October, and volunteer 20 hours between the months of August and May at Club 21.
Option 3: Raise 50% of your program fees by holding your own 3rd party fundraiser to raise funds for Club 21. This is on you to organize and carry out. You will also form a team for the Walk in October.

There are a limited number of scholarships for each program. It is a first come first serve basis. Each scholarship contract will be signed, approved, and monitored by our Executive Staff. As you and your child are able to benefit from Club 21's programs, we also will benefit from your contribution in return.

I agree to communicate with Club 21 if we are not able to meet our scholarship commitment for whatever reason. I will work together with Club 21 to make a new plan for meeting our commitment.

I agree to commit to consistent attendance to our program. Attendance is mandatory to keep in good standing with my scholarship.

I understand that it is my responsibility to fulfill my scholarship commitment and that if I do not fulfill my commitment, I will not be eligible for future scholarships. Club 21 will not be sending me reminders of commitments, but will always be available to inform me of where I stand with my commitment.
